Organic wool in a panama weave combined with durable suede. The cap is light and airy and belongs to our summer collection. The saturated black colored summer cap will remain black for many years to come. Wool is bleached only to a minimal extent by the sun's rays, compared to cotton or linen fabrics. The fine suede on the shade is made of goatskin, and will eventually get a nice patina. The leather can withstand all weathers, and can advantageously be dyed with shoe polish after 3-5 years of use. The inside of this cap is covered with lining with a thin and airy cotton fabric. Handmade in Germany, by Master Bullmann. This baseball cap is dressy for both men and women. The light and airy linen, combined with the fine qualities of the wool, gives the cap good properties in terms of comfort and durability. It is locally produced by skilled craftsmen in Wilgart's own cap shop/workshop. The fabric used in the cap comes from one of Germany's oldest weaving mills, Schürmann Schröder. The weaving mill is run as a family business on the 18th generation, and continues all production in Germany. The shade of the cap is made of real leather, and therefore achieves fine patina through many years of use. Give this cap as a gift to him or her who loves a light and stylish cap - Made in Denmark.

With the strap, the last centimeter can be adjusted so that the fit of the Kuba cap is correct. The fabric comes from an illustrious fabric weaving mill: Schürmann Schröder, which today is one of the oldest family companies in the German textile industry. This flatcap is quite narrow and is among the most modern flatcap designs that Master Bullmann has made in recent years. Bullani Mützen and Wilgart found that narrow sixpence caps are more fashionable in the current decade. Bullmann this narrow nice cap shape. In the past, sixpoence caps were a lot wider and had more volume, but today most people prefer this shape of the cap. My teacher Herr Bullmann always says that an artisanal and well-made piece of headgear sells itself without further introduction. Here is a cap in updated style and sewn according to old craft traditions, and which consists of 100% silk fabric. Happy summer!

The wool is good both summer and winter, and as specialized cap makers, it is our experience that the wool is the best material for use in headwear. Especially because wool does not bleach as easily as cotton or linen, for example, from the sun's rays. That is why we often use wool in the dark caps, even if they are for summer use. This dark and rich blue baseball cap with brown brim is locally produced by skilled craftsmen in Denmark. This baseball cap is sewn from a durable and airy fabric in a black organic cotton material. Even though there is adjustment in the neck, we still sew the cap in different sizes so that you do not tighten the strap all the way out or all the way in. In addition, all parts of the cap are dimensioned so that it fits perfectly, whether you have a small, medium or large main measurement. The cap is produced in Denmark, at Wilgart's own sewing studios located on Bornholm and in Nørrebro. Wilgart is Denmark's only cap maker, and we also make caps according to the customer's own needs and preferences. The leather strap that can be used to adjust the cap is from German cows, where the leather is tanned with the natural acid pulled out in a rhubarb extract. An environmentally friendly alternative to the normal chrome tanning process. The leather strap has a subtle Wilgart logo engraved, and is carved at our cap sewing workshop on Bornholm. The cap is handmade in Denmark by our own skilled cap makers.

This hunting cap is not only suitable for outdoor use. Both men and women wear flatcaps, and use tweed for so-called tweed rides around the world. Vintage and old bikes pass through the city and attract masses of enthusiastic Tweed lovers to the Tweed Ride. The hardest thing when you as a craftsman have to sew this cap is to make the pattern of the fabric fit together. It takes many years of experience as a cap maker to master cutting and sewing after checkered fabric. Therefore, the cap makers who have sewn this flatcap are trained in Germany by Master Herr Bullmann who himself for over 35 years has sewn sixpence caps. The cap is of the highest quality. All panels are of different Harris Tweed fabrics, with brown, green, and gray shades. The cap is made from the finest Scottish wool woven according to heritage traditions in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland. The name of the cap is named after the nickname for a character in Lord of the Rings: A countryman named Strider, who later turns out to be a true king's son.
