Avoid headaches over small headwear with this smart cap stretching tool. Most materials that the caps are made of tend to shrink, even if it is just a small smuggle it can cause head pain. Therefore, this hat strecher is an excellent tool that allows you to get the perfect fit and comfort for your cap, at your home. NOTE Be careful not to tighten the screw too hard. Many woven materials cannot withstand too much stretch. Therefore, remember that the hat extension tool is far stronger than the hat material.

Very exclusive cap box for your cap that will be given as a gift. Surprisingly solid packaging with this beautiful gift box for headgear and caps from Wilgart - Denmark's only cap maker. These special designed flatcap boxes are made from old archive boxes that have become redundant after Copenhagen Archives' extensive digitization of file cards in the 2010s and 2020s. They are made of fine light wood, with solid finger joints at all edges. We have made the lid for the cap storage boxes ourselves in our wood workshop on Bornholm. First of all, the most important thing is to know which fibers your cap is made of. Is it a wool cap, a flatcap in linen or silk? This is essential for proper washing of headgear. Wilgart's hat shop loves to use local produce, and you can even get a set of cufflinks in the matching granite. We also sell a locally produced leather case for both hat pins and cufflinks. Everything is produced on the sunshine island of Bornholm. The needle is a signature of Wilgart's hats, and is included when you buy our Fedora black hair felt hat.
