A slightly oval-shaped bucket hat which follows the shape of the head, and has a minimal conical slope towards the top. The bucket hat is a classic for practical reasons, as it provides good shade from the sun. The bucket hat has through changing times belonged to a younger segment of wearers, has been taken up by various subcultures, but is today a cap / hat that everyone can enjoy. Here comes the bully hat in a summery, robust and mottled fabric that is breathable and comfortable on the head. Protects well from the sun's rays by virtue of the wide shade, the powerful canvas, and the thin lining of the inside. The advantage of the light color is that it doesn't bleach as much from the sun's rays as a darker cotton or linen design would. We reckon you can use this bucket hat for about a decade.

This hunting cap is not only suitable for outdoor use. Both men and women wear flatcaps, and use tweed for so-called tweed rides around the world. Vintage and old bikes pass through the city and attract masses of enthusiastic Tweed lovers to the Tweed Ride. The hardest thing when you as a craftsman have to sew this cap is to make the pattern of the fabric fit together. It takes many years of experience as a cap maker to master cutting and sewing after checkered fabric. Therefore, the cap makers who have sewn this flatcap are trained in Germany by Master Herr Bullmann who himself for over 35 years has sewn sixpence caps. The cap is of the highest quality. Eightpiece cap, also called bakerboy or Newsboy cap, which is slightly narrower than our other selected eightpieces. All panels are of different Harris Tweed fabrics, with brown, green, and gray shades. The cap is made from the finest Scottish wool woven according to heritage traditions in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland. The name of the cap is named after the nickname for a character in Lord of the Rings: A countryman named Strider, who later turns out to be a true king's son.

This lightweight headgear is made of pure new wool. On the inside, the sailor cap has a soft and light cotton lining. The style is called Sailor cap, or among musicians it’s also refereed to as a Jazz cap. A sailorcap has no shadow, and is thus very useful on the windy oceans for all kinds of sailors and seafarers. It's formidable sailing headgear. Sometimes the sailorcap is also referred to as a Dockers cap, skull cap or micki hat. This baseball cap is sewn from a durable and airy fabric in a deep dark blue color. Even though there is adjustment in the neck, we still sew the cap in different sizes so that you do not tighten the strap all the way out or all the way in. In addition, all parts of the cap are dimensioned so that it fits perfectly, regardless of whether you have a small, medium or large head size. The leather strap that can be used to adjust the cap is from German cows, where the leather is tanned with the natural acid pulled out in a rhubarb extract. An environmentally friendly alternative to the normal chrome tanning process. The leather strap has a subtle Wilgart logo engraved, and is carved at our cap sewing workshop on Bornholm. The cap is handmade in Germany with my master, Herr Bullmann.

This army style cap is made from goat skin. The so called cuba cap has a slightly smaller shade and originally originates from the kepi cap. The leather cap is available in different centimeter sizes. We make caps for small, medium, large and extra large head sizes. A true classic among cap connoisseurs, and here in a luxurious version which is both more durable and delivers a better patina than the synthetic oilskin army caps with stay-wax, that we often locate in the streets of Copenhagen.

The famous Madame Tussauds waxwork exhibit of Brando from the movie ‘The Wild One’ wearing this style. The American actor and film director Marlon Brando Jr. was one of the most admired actors in the history of the movies. Marilyn Monroe called him “the sexiest man” she had ever seen. Marlon Brando's cap has become a cultural phenomenon for the stylistically dressed man. The cap is an eightpiece with loose hanging top, which can be pushed from side to side, as well as stand directly up in the air. The same details were seen in the movie 'The Wild One'. Featuring 8/4, eight-quarter paneling, a center top button and a contrasting black shiny leather bill, finished with canvas cotton band and buttons. Beautiful old craft. This wide eightpiece is durable and robust. The cap was Marlon Brando's original signature headgear. Also look at our Mr. Brando vintage cap which is the same model in a black canvas instead of this beige colored type.
