This classic flatcap has built-in earflaps that can be folded out when the cold bites. In milder weather, the ear flaps fold into the cap and it appears as a classic woolen cap. The Harris tweed fabric is woven in Scotland and the cap is handmade in Germany by my master craftsman Herr Bullmann, the cap's earflaps are form-fitting and ensure a snug, comfortable fit for protection from the elements. This baseball cap is made of a light and fine wool fabric called leicht loden. The wool is good both summer and winter, and as specialized cap makers, it is our experience that the wool is the best material for use in headwear. Especially because wool does not bleach as easily as cotton or linen, for example, from the sun's rays. That is why we often use wool in the dark caps, even if they are for summer use. This dark and rich blue baseball cap with brown brim is locally produced by skilled craftsmen in Denmark. The dark navy blue wool is complimented by a warm brown leather shade giving a balanced, light and stylish cap - Made in Denmark.

This soft hat is derived from the traditional beret headgear, but without the normal duttelihut glue that sits on top of some berets. The fabric is of Austrian origin and is therefore resistant to abrasion and the sun's rays. The beret can be pulled down over the head, covering the ears, or it can be worn higher up on the head for a wider silhouette and artistic expression. Made from boiled wool from the Austrian wool mill Gottstein. A serious manufacturer that demands sustainability (GOTS certified production) and high durability in their wool designs. The bucket hat has through changing times belonged to a younger segment of wearers, has been taken up by various subcultures, but is today a cap / hat that everyone can enjoy. Here comes the bully hat in a summery, robust and mottled fabric that is breathable and comfortable on the head. Protects well from the sun's rays by virtue of the wide shade, the powerful canvas, and the thin lining of the inside. Lovely protective garden hat, in Burgundy red Oilskin wax cotton. At first, the hat is well saturated with the wax, but over time the wax slowly wears out of the material. It is a natural mixture of waxes and oils, which makes the cotton water-repellent, and if you want to keep this property, you can regrow the material once a year approximately.

Organic wool in a panama weave combined with durable suede. The cap is light and airy and belongs to our summer collection. The saturated black colored summer cap will remain black for many years to come. Wool is bleached only to a minimal extent by the sun's rays, compared to cotton or linen fabrics. The fine suede on the shade is made of goatskin, and will eventually get a nice patina. The leather can withstand all weathers, and can advantageously be dyed with shoe polish after 3-5 years of use. The inside of this cap is covered with lining with a thin and airy cotton fabric. Handmade in Germany, by Master Bullmann. The cap is designed as a cool summer version of our beloved classic in a slightly heavier wool and with a thicker lining, namely Benny Black (The everlasting baseball cap in black wool)

This light and soft kuba cap protects well from the sun's rays and keeps the color intact due to the fine furry wool fabric. Because it is a lightweight furry fabric, the cap is both airy and has good temperature control for the head. Although wool is usually associated with winter clothing, this is not the case for this cap. The cap is in a lightweight class and is made of natural wool fibers, which keep their shape and color well, even in summer. This light and airy kuba cap protects well from the sun's rays. Thanks to the lightweight cotton lining, this cap is both airy and protective. The cap is in lightweight class and is made of natural fibers. Flax fabric has good properties, which have both a cooling effect and can absorb a lot of moisture. This baseball cap is sewn from a durable and airy fabric in a deep dark blue color. Even though there is adjustment in the neck, we still sew the cap in different sizes so that you do not tighten the strap all the way out or all the way in. In addition, all parts of the cap are dimensioned so that it fits perfectly, regardless of whether you have a small, medium or large head size. The leather strap that can be used to adjust the cap is from German cows, where the leather is tanned with the natural acid pulled out in a rhubarb extract. An environmentally friendly alternative to the normal chrome tanning process. The leather strap has a subtle Wilgart logo engraved, and is carved at our cap sewing workshop on Bornholm. The cap is handmade in Germany with my master, Herr Bullmann.

A timeless classic brown army cap
Summer cap

This army cap is made of 100% natural fibers. This military style cap has a shade that fits the shape of the cap, as well as an adjustable strap at the back. Although the cap can be adjusted in size, we still make a S, M L and XL version of it. These sizes provide a cap that is scaled up or down to fit your head perfectly. With the strap, the last centimeter can be adjusted so that the fit of the Kuba cap is correct. The outer fabric is tested for UV50+ protection, and in addition the extra layer of fabric of our light and airy cotton lining, which keeps the sun's harmful rays at bay. Can be used by women as well as men, and everyone in between.

The fabric comes from an illustrious fabric weaving mill: Schürmann Schröder, which today is one of the oldest family companies in the German textile industry. This flatcap is quite narrow and is among the most modern flatcap designs that Master Bullmann has made in recent years. Bullani Mützen and Wilgart found that narrow sixpence caps are more fashionable in the current decade. Bullmann this narrow nice cap shape. In the past, sixpoence caps were a lot wider and had more volume, but today most people prefer this shape of the cap. My teacher Herr Bullmann always says that an artisanal and well-made piece of headgear sells itself without further introduction. Here is a cap in updated style and sewn according to old craft traditions, and which consists of 100% silk fabric. Happy summer!
