Lacquer leather that the detail in the neck consists of is tanned in Iceland, adding a delicate, luxurious and different look to the sixpence.

The fine, lightweight and warming Cashmere wool fibers have a nice sheen and grace that stands out in the subtle herringbone weave pattern. The dark green and black color of the cap gives it a shimmer as Cashmere wool leathers slightly more than sheep's wool. The fabric is woven at the family-run German weaving mill Schürmann Schröder. Inside is a thin black lining consisting of 50% Peace silk and 50% Organic cotton (GOTS certified). The cap has a neutral and stylish look and comes in fixed dimensions so that it fits your head perfectly. This gray flatcap is made from one of the most luxurious fibers you can imagine. The softness of the fabric and the shiny appearance of the cap give it an exclusive look. Cashmere wool is finer, stronger, lighter, softer and about three times more insulating than sheep's wool. The subtle pattern in weaving a black and white colors make this cap appear gray flecked. The fabric for the cap is woven in one of only 4 fabricmills left in Germany. Schürmann Schröder textile mill is managed by the 18th generation of the family. Great traditional craftsmanship is put into this very exclusive and luxurious flatcap from 100% pure cashmere wool.
