The hardest thing when you as a craftsman have to sew this cap is to make the pattern of the fabric fit together. It takes many years of experience as a cap maker to master cutting and sewing after checkered fabric. That's why the cap makers who sewed this flatcap were trained in Germany by Master Herr Bullmann, who himself has been sewing flatcap caps for over 35 years. The cap is of the highest quality.
