      This hunting cap is not only suitable for outdoor use. Both men and women wear flatcaps, and use tweed for so-called tweed rides around the world. Vintage and old bikes pass through the city and attract masses of enthusiastic Tweed lovers to the Tweed Ride. The hardest thing when you as a craftsman have to sew this cap is to make the pattern of the fabric fit together. It takes many years of experience as a cap maker to master cutting and sewing after checkered fabric. Therefore, the cap makers who have sewn this flatcap are trained in Germany by Master Herr Bullmann who himself for over 35 years has sewn sixpence caps. The cap is of the highest quality.       Eightpiece cap, also called bakerboy or Newsboy cap, which is slightly narrower than our other selected eightpieces. All panels are of different Harris Tweed fabrics, with brown, green, and gray shades. The cap is made from the finest Scottish wool woven according to heritage traditions in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland. The name of the cap is named after the nickname for a character in Lord of the Rings: A countryman named Strider, who later turns out to be a true king's son.

      From Andersen & Berner comes one of the classic men’s (and women’s) hats: a fedora made of rabbit fur. The felt weighs approximately 90–100 grams, resulting in a lightweight yet relatively sturdy hat. This hat features all the typical characteristics of a genuine Bogart hat—namely, a clean, straight-cut brim and a classic black bow. The hat is handmade in Denmark. The hat comes including a beautiful hat pin with a piece of Bornholm granite. Choose from Almindingen, Paradise Hills or Rønne granite stone.       From the company Andersen & Berner comes here one of the classic men's (and women's) hats, namely a Fedora felt hat in sheep's wool. Sheep's wool felt is heavier than the slightly more obvious felt types such as rabbit or the even finer beaver felt. Nevertheless, wool felt costs less, and is therefore a good approach for beginners or people who are considering starting to wear a hat. The hat is handmade in Denmark and sold in our hat shop in Nørrebro. Choose the color of the hat band that comes with your order and write it in under order details. You can advantageously purchase several interchangeable hat bands, which are available in 6 different colors. This cap has been tested to remain black for more than 10 years. The fine suede on the shade is made of goatskin, and will eventually get a nice patina. The leather can withstand all weathers, and can advantageously be dyed with shoe polish after 3-5 years of use.
