However, we only swap items from the category: headgear. And nly if sold without any discount or during a sale.

Free swapping cap returns cover only the countries: Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Finland. If you are situated elsewhere you would have to pay for returning your cap. However the cap can still be swapped, for sure.

If you give the cap as a gift, the recipient can use our swapping service including free return shipping from some countries. The recipient can swap the cap for a different size or model.
This applies whether you have bought the hat from our physical stores in Copenhagen and Bornholm or ordered it online.
