A slightly oval-shaped bucket hat that follows the shape of the head and has a slight conical slope towards the top. The bucket hat is a classic for practical reasons, as it provides good shade from the sun. The bucket hat has through changing times belonged to a younger segment of wearers, has been taken up by various subcultures, but is today a cap / hat that everyone can enjoy. Here comes the bully hat in a so-called slightly fluffy fabric of 100% wool. -And with a bold checked wool fabric on the underside of the narrow brim.

Lovely breathable dark brown summer bucket hat. Oilskin is both breathable but has water-repellent properties, making this cap both comfortable and practical. The fabric comes from Halley Stevensons in Scotland, from their Ecowax collection. The bucket hat is made in my master's workshop in Germany. Lovely protective garden hat, in Burgundy red Oilskin wax cotton. At first, the hat is well saturated with the wax, but over time the wax slowly wears out of the material. It is a natural mixture of waxes and oils, which makes the cotton water-repellent, and if you want to keep this property, you can regrow the material once a year approximately.

This beautiful shepherd's hat in Harris Tweed, is sewn according to old traditions. The hat is a predecessor to the urban and modern "bully hat", but originally the bucket hat was in heavy wool and typically worn by shepherds and villagers in Ireland and Scotland. In England, it is also called a bucket hat. Wilgart's hat shop in Copenhagen is very impressed with the beautiful pattern that is characteristic of hats in Harris Tweed wool.

This beautiful shepherd's hat in Harris Tweed, is sewn according to old traditions. The hat, sewn by a cap maker, is a predecessor of the urban and modern "bucket hat", but originally the bucket hats was in heavy wool and typically worn by shepherds and villagers in Ireland and Scotland. In English-speaking countries, the shepherd's hat is also called a bucket hat. Wilgart hat shop in Nørrebro is proud to have purchased this original herringbone-woven Harris Tweed wool, in which the bucket hat is sewn. We find it dressy for both men and women, and everything in between.

Protects well from the sun's rays by virtue of the wide shade, the powerful canvas, and the thin lining of the inside. The advantage of the light color is that it doesn't bleach as much from the sun's rays as a darker cotton or linen design would. We reckon you can use this bucket hat for about a decade.

Our shepherd's hat is made from woven fabric from the old Donegal Tweed of 1866. This bucket hat is of the very highest quality. It is shape stable and versatile, and can be rolled up and packed in a suitcase.
