Lovely protective garden hat, in Burgundy red Oilskin wax cotton. At first, the hat is well saturated with the wax, but over time the wax slowly wears out of the material. It is a natural mixture of waxes and oils, which makes the cotton water-repellent, and if you want to keep this property, you can regrow the material once a year approximately.

Organic wool in a panama weave combined with durable suede. The cap is light and airy and belongs to our summer collection. The saturated black colored summer cap will remain black for many years to come. Wool is bleached only to a minimal extent by the sun's rays, compared to cotton or linen fabrics. The fine suede on the shade is made of goatskin, and will eventually get a nice patina. The leather can withstand all weathers, and can advantageously be dyed with shoe polish after 3-5 years of use. The inside of this cap is covered with lining with a thin and airy cotton fabric. Handmade in Germany, by Master Bullmann. The fabric comes from an illustrious fabric weaving mill: Schürmann Schröder, which today is one of the oldest family companies in the German textile industry. This flatcap is quite narrow and is among the most modern flatcap designs that Master Bullmann has made in recent years. Bullani Mützen and Wilgart found that narrow sixpence caps are more fashionable in the current decade. Bullmann this narrow nice cap shape. In the past, sixpoence caps were a lot wider and had more volume, but today most people prefer this shape of the cap. My teacher Herr Bullmann always says that an artisanal and well-made piece of headgear sells itself without further introduction. This lightweight sailing hat is made of fine summery flax fibers, which are distinguished by its airy and absorbent properties. Vintage and old bikes pass through the city and attract masses of enthusiastic Tweed lovers to the Tweed Ride. The hardest thing when you as a craftsman have to sew this cap is to make the pattern of the fabric fit together. It takes many years of experience as a cap maker to master cutting and sewing after checkered fabric. Therefore, the cap makers who have sewn this flatcap are trained in Germany by Master Herr Bullmann who himself for over 35 years has sewn sixpence caps. The cap is of the highest quality. From the company Andersen & Berner comes here one of the classic men's (and women's) hats, namely a Fedora felt hat in rabbit hair, The weight for the felt is about 90-100 grams which gives a light but still stable felt, which stabilizes shape and shape. This hat comes with all the typical characteristics of a real Bogart hat. I.e. a clean cut edge, as well as classic black bow. The hat is handmade in Denmark. The hat comes including a beautiful hat pin with a piece of Bornholm granite. Choose from Almindingen, Paradise Hills or Rønne granite stone. From the company Andersen & Berner comes here one of the classic men's (and women's) hats, namely a Fedora felt hat in sheep's wool. Sheep's wool felt is heavier than the slightly more obvious felt types such as rabbit or the even finer beaver felt. Nevertheless, wool felt costs less, and is therefore a good approach for beginners or people who are considering starting to wear a hat. The hat is handmade in Denmark and sold in our hat shop in Nørrebro. Choose the color of the hat band that comes with your order and write it in under order details. You can advantageously purchase several interchangeable hat bands, which are available in 6 different colors.
