An elegant and luxurious baseball cap made of exclusive silk fabric. The cap is made in Wilgart's cap and hat shop in Nørrebro in Copenhagen. We have cut out the fabric in our Bornholm workshop, and assembled the cap parts in the headwear sewingworkshop on Jægersborggade. The fabric is woven at the family-run German mill Schürmann Schröder. Inside is a thin black lining consisting of 50% Peace silk and 50% Organic cotton (GOTS certified). Leather case is made of strong leather from a bag workshop in Crete. The colors vary from light brown, to reddish, orange and even bluish or green. It's possible that the leather case will arrive in a color you weren't expecting, but don't worry, the cases all look great and are made of a durable material. This baseball cap is sewn from heavy buyer woven linen fabric and has a lovely mottled light color. The leather strap that can be used to adjust the cap is dermanaged from German cows, where the leather is tanned with the natural acid of the rhubarb plant. An environmentally friendly alternative to the normal chromium tanning process, in which the tannic acid is replaced by rhubarb extract. The cap is a sustainable product right down to the bone, and the leather brim increases the cap's lifespan, as it is often the material of the brim that wears out over time. Our professional assessment is that you can use this cap for a good ten years. Remember that a nice patina is part of the cap's strength.

Flatcap cap with earflaps in absolute top class. In a solid water-repellent wool, with strong lambskin earflaps that are shaped and cover the ears and neck well. There's no better winter hat, and this flatcap is approved for use in even the coldest parts of the Danish Realm. O.B.S. It is recommended to go up at least one size from the head size you are used to wearing. This will accommodate the full earflaps, which should fit inside the cap.

This soft charcoal gray cap is derived from the traditional beret headgear, but without the normal duttelihut glue that sits on top of some berets. The fabric is of Austrian origin and is therefore resistant to abrasion and sunlight. The beret can be pulled down over the head to cover the ears, or it can be worn higher up on the head for a wider silhouette and an artistic look. Made from boiled wool from the Austrian wool mill Gottstein. A serious manufacturer that demands sustainability (GOTS certified production) and high durability in their wool designs. The hardest thing when you as a craftsman have to sew this cap is to make the pattern of the fabric fit together. It takes many years of experience as a cap maker to master cutting and sewing after checkered fabric. That's why the cap makers who sewed this flatcap were trained in Germany by Master Herr Bullmann, who himself has been sewing flatcap caps for over 35 years. The cap is of the highest quality.
