We have cut out the fabric in our Bornholm workshop, and assembled the cap parts in the headwear sewingworkshop on Jægersborggade. The fabric is woven at the family-run German mill Schürmann Schröder. Inside is a thin black lining consisting of 50% Peace silk and 50% Organic cotton (GOTS certified). A timeless classic baseball cap in durable black wool

Different cap sizes by centimeter measurement

The saturated black colored woolly cap will remain dark for many years to come. Wool is bleached only to a minimal extent by the sun's rays, compared to cotton or linen fabrics. This cap has been tested to remain black for more than 10 years. The fine suede on the shade is made of goatskin, and will eventually get a nice patina. The leather can withstand all weathers, and can advantageously be dyed with shoe polish after 3-5 years of use. The inside of this cap is covered with the lining of a massive soft moleskine cotton fabric. Handmade in Germany, by Master Bullmann. From the well-known Danish millinery firm Andersen & Berner comes one of their classic hats: a fedora made of rabbit hair felt. The felt weighs approximately 110 grams, resulting in a lightweight yet sturdy hat that, with proper care and use, retains its shape and form well. This hat comes with a classic bow. This light and soft kuba cap protects well from the sun's rays and keeps the color intact due to the fine furry wool fabric. Because it is a lightweight furry fabric, the cap is both airy and has good temperature control for the head. Although wool is usually associated with winter clothing, this is not the case for this cap. The cap is in a lightweight class and is made of natural wool fibers, which keep their shape and color well, even in summer. The fabric comes from an illustrious fabric weaving mill: Schürmann Schröder, which today is one of the oldest family companies in the German textile industry. This flatcap is quite narrow and is among the most modern flatcap designs that Master Bullmann has made in recent years. Bullani Mützen and Wilgart found that narrow sixpence caps are more fashionable in the current decade. Bullmann this narrow nice cap shape. In the past, sixpoence caps were a lot wider and had more volume, but today most people prefer this shape of the cap. My teacher Herr Bullmann always says that an artisanal and well-made piece of headgear sells itself without further introduction. Here is a cap in updated style and sewn according to old craft traditions, and which consists of 100% silk fabric. Happy summer!

A slightly oval-shaped bucket hat which follows the shape of the head, and has a minimal conical slope towards the top. The bucket hat is a classic for practical reasons, as it provides good shade from the sun. The bucket hat has through changing times belonged to a younger segment of wearers, has been taken up by various subcultures, but is today a cap / hat that everyone can enjoy. Here comes the bully hat in a summery, robust and mottled fabric that is breathable and comfortable on the head. This lightweight headgear is made of pure new wool. On the inside, the sailing hat has a comfortable light lining. The style is called Sailor cap, or among musicians it’s also refereed to as a Jazz cap. The sailor has no rim, and thus very useful on the windy oceans of the world. An old classic for sailors. Please note that this sailor cap is NOT black. The color is a deep dark navy blue.

This gray flatcap is made from one of the most luxurious fibers you can imagine. The softness of the fabric and the shiny appearance of the cap give it an exclusive look. Cashmere wool is finer, stronger, lighter, softer and about three times more insulating than sheep's wool. The subtle pattern in weaving a black and white colors make this cap appear gray flecked. The fabric for the cap is woven in one of only 4 fabricmills left in Germany. Schürmann Schröder textile mill is managed by the 18th generation of the family. Great traditional craftsmanship is put into this very exclusive and luxurious flatcap from 100% pure cashmere wool.
