The fine, lightweight and warming Cashmere wool fibers have a nice sheen and grace that stands out in the subtle herringbone weave pattern. The dark green and black color of the cap gives it a shimmer as Cashmere wool leathers slightly more than sheep's wool. The fabric is woven at the family-run German weaving mill Schürmann Schröder. Inside is a thin black lining consisting of 50% Peace silk and 50% Organic cotton (GOTS certified). The cap has a neutral and stylish look and comes in fixed dimensions so that it fits your head perfectly. This basecap is among the most exclusive and luxurious caps we have ever sewn here at Wilgart's cap shop. The shop with handmade Danish headwear and accessories.

Hemp is a material that is very similar to flax, but the plants require less attention, less watering and are more robust than the flax plant. It can grow almost anywhere.

      This baseball cap is sewn from heavy buyer woven linen fabric and has a lovely mottled light color. The leather strap that can be used to adjust the cap is dermanaged from German cows, where the leather is tanned with the natural acid of the rhubarb plant. An environmentally friendly alternative to the normal chromium tanning process, in which the tannic acid is replaced by rhubarb extract. The cap is a sustainable product right down to the bone, and the leather brim increases the cap's lifespan, as it is often the material of the brim that wears out over time. Our professional assessment is that you can use this cap for a good ten years. Remember that a nice patina is part of the cap's strength.
