Sun-ripe Bornholm Ingrid Marie apples form the basis of this exquisite apple snaps. Excellent in good company with friends and other good people. Produced by Mostballaden in collaboration with Bornholms Spritfabrik. Mostballaden is a small local applesauce on Soldalen that only aunts Bornholm’s fruits and berries. Should be enjoyed chilled.

Bornholm’s apple schnapps – also known by the name: “BOMMEROLD” are made from Mostballaden’s apple juice as a basic raw material. The juice is transported 25 km from north Bornholm to Niels from Bornholms Spritfabrik where he conjures for some months and the result is one of the customers very praised schnapps pleasure – Cheers with a real BOMMEROLD.
