Loden is characterized by always being 100% wool, woven in a simple canvas weave, often with a mottled color look and always rolled after weaving, which makes the material look like felt. Thick, rustic boiled black wool that is sewn on a sewing machine and has good warmth and volume on the head. Raw and solid cap that can easily withstand a hard night's struggles. Night after night.

      The hardest part of sewing a handmade cap is getting the leather to stretch well over the brim, which consists of modern fibers, and then sewing the brim directly into the center of the brim. This cap is made by our cap makers with more than 16 years of experience in this graceful craft. All headgear from Wilgart's hat shop is fixed size, so that each cap proportionally fits your head. This basecap is sturdy, warm, soft and in real natural materials. You can safely put your trust in this hat, which can be worn by most. Made in Denmark

      Wilgart's cufflinks are made with granite stones from Bornholm. Choose from the reddish Almindingen granite, or the gray-cracked semi-dark Paradisbakkerne (Paradise Hills) granite, or the all-black obscure Rønne granite. Wilgart's hat shop is happy to use local produce, and you can even get a hat pin in a matching style. We also sell a locally produced leather case for both hat pins and cufflinks. Everything is produced on the sunshine island of Bornholm. O.B.S. The cufflink leather case is not included, but is sold separately.
